Synopsis

Ted must face off against former assistant coach Nate in his new role as head coach of West Ham

After Rupert's acquisition of West Ham's coaching staff and Nate’s switch over to their head coach, Ted Lasso will have to confront his previous assistant coach as a new rival. Sam and Rebecca continue trying to figure out their relationship while keeping it secret from the public. Roy and Keeley take a break from each other. The love triangle involving Keeley's ex-lover and Roy’s former teammate Jamie, who previously expressed his affection for her, appears to be on course to become the main focus of their lives.

Ted Lasso season 3 is the third season for the sports-dramedy TV series on Apple TV+. The series was developed by Jason Sudeikis, Bill Lawrence, Brendan Hunt and Joe Kelly. It tracks the journey of a manager of American football who unexpectedly transitions to becoming a coach of English soccer and the outcomes of this surprising move are just as unforeseen. Season 3 follows the aftermath of assistant coach Nate leaving AFC Richmond for a head coaching gig at the rivaling West Ham. 

Jason Sudeikis portrays the titular Ted Lasso. Hannah Waddingham stars as Rebecca Welton, Juno Temple and Brett Goldstein portray Keeley Jones and Roy Kent respectively, Brendan Hunt portrays Coach Beard with Nick Mohammed rounding out the main cast as Nate Shelley.
