Synopsis

Paranormal Activity was a 2007 movie that was only made for $15,000 by filmmaker Oren Peli. The film was picked up by Paramount Pictures, who shot a new ending in their studio. The film would go on to be a hit that reinvigorated audiences’ interests in the found-footage style of movies like 1999’s Blair Witch Project.
