There’s no stopping Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan’s action-packed blockbuster Jawan finally released in theatres around the world on Thursday, 7th September, as a part of an extended weekend release, and has already earned Rs 520.29 crores in just 4 days. The film has set a new benchmark, by recording the highest earning opening weekend box-office collections for an Indian film ever. Prior to this, the record was held by Shah Rukh Khan’s last action blockbuster Pathaan which was also released earlier this year.

In addition to becoming the fastest earning Indian film to cross the Rs 250 crore mark, Jawan has also set the record for the biggest opening day in Indian cinema by making a handsome Rs 129.6 crores at the box-office on Day 1. The movie also went on to claim the spot for the highest earning single day collection recorded for a film by earning a cool Rs 144.22 at the global box-office on its third day.
As per trade reports shared by Sacknilk, SRK’s Jawan has already earned Rs 7.01 crores at the domestic box office with its advance bookings for Day 5.
