Synopsis
The Mushroom Kingdom is in danger, Mario and Peach must do all to protect the toads and Luigi from Bowser
Bowser and his kingdom of Koopas are out to conquer the adorable Mushroom Kingdom but are met by resistance from Mario and his friends. Mario and his gang face off in this epic animated adventure against Bowser to save the kingdom and restore peace.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie is an animated film based on the classic Nintendo video games that follow the plumber Mario and his friends. Directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, the directors of Teen Titans Go! animated series, this movie marks the third time that the games have been adapted to a film. The first animated movie was released in 1986 and was titled, Super Mario Bros.: The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach! This was followed by the 1993 live-action adaptation, which was also titled Super Mario Bros. The film is produced by Nintendo, and distributed by Universal Studios.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie features an all-star voice cast, with Chris Pratt taking the role to voice Mario. Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Keegan Michael Key as the adorable Toad, Jack Black as the mighty Bowser, and Seth Rogen as the prince of all the Kongs, Donkey Kong. The film also features an interesting cameo with Charles Martinet voicing the role of Guiseppe, Mario’s father. Charles Martinet is the voice behind Mario in all of the original Nintendo games. The Super Mario Bros. Movie was released in India on 7th April, 2023.
