Synopsis
After a groom is murdered at his own wedding, Detective Danner must interview all the guests to find the killer
When a wedding is upended by the murder of the groom, Detective Danner is called in to solve the crime. All the guests are suspects and Danner must — with the help of Aniq and Zoe — get each one to recall the events leading up to the murder to find the killer.

The Afterparty Season 2 is the second season in the murder mystery comedy series by Lord Miller Productions for Apple TV+. The series is created by Christopher Miller, who usually creates alongside his professional partner Phil Lord. However, Christopher Miller ran the first season of The Afterparty alone, and in season 2 is joined by writer and comedian Anthony King as a co-showrunner. Season 2 runs for a span of 10 episodes — two more than the first season.
Season 2 of The Afterparty stars actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish, reprising her role as Detective Danner. Sam Richardson once again joins her as Aniq, and Zoe Chao plays Zoe. The expanded cast includes Elizabeth Perkins, Poppy Lui, Jack Whitehall, Vivian Wu, and Ken Jeong, amongst others.
