The First Lady - Season 1

Many historic decisions have been made in the East Wing of the White House, which has traditionally been occupied by the First Lady since the 1970s. The TV show documents pivotal moments throughout history that occurred within the East Wing – many of which have been hidden from view.The First Lady is an anthology series created by Aaron Cooley. Season 1 features performances from Oscar winner Viola Davis as First Lady Michelle Obama and O. T. Fagbenle as President Barack Obama. Davis previously won the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in 2016 for Fences. Younger versions of the presidential couple are also played by Jayme Lawson and Julian De Niro.
