Monica Barbaro began her meteoric rise in Hollywood on the show “UnREAL” (2016) before landing a part on “Chicago P.D.” (2016). This led to recurring roles on “Chicago Justice” (2017) and “Splitting Up Together” (2018), and appearances on shows like “Stumptown” (2019). After landing yet another prominent spot on the cast of “Fubar” (2023) across from series star and industry titan Arnold Schwarzenegger, Barbaro began turning heads in film. Her role on “Top Gun: Marverick” (2022) was memorable, but it was her appearance as legendary songstress Joan Baez in “A Complete Unknown" (2024) that landed her multiple nominations, including an Oscar nom for Best Supporting Actress and a Breakthrough Award at The Astras.
