Synopsis
A mother, daughter, and major movie star all get mixed up in unlikely circumstances
Zara is working as an assistant to major movie star Chris Cole. But when she decides that she’s had enough of her narcissistic boss she impulsively decides to quit. Without her knowing, Zara’s former boss and her widowed mother have struck up a romantic relationship. When all is revealed there are comic and confusing consequences for everyone.

A Family Affair features a limited but impressive cast led by Zac Efron. Efron recently starred in the movie Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile where he played serial killer Ted Bundy. He is joined by Joey King, who played in Bullet Train, and The Kissing Booth. Nicole Kidman, Liza Koshy, and Kathy Bates all also feature in the cast.
