Pain Hustlers sees Emily Blunt, Chris Evans, and Andy Garcia join forces in a start-up conspiracy
Pain Hustlers is an upcoming conspiracy drama movie produced by Grey Matter Productions and Wychwood Pictures for Netflix. The movie is directed by English filmmaker David Yates who is known for directing four movies in the Harry Potter franchise and three Fantastic Beasts movies. Pain Hustlers was written by screenwriter Wells Tower. The movie is based on The Hard Sell, a book written by Evan Hughes which developed from his own New York Times Magazine article “The Pain Hustlers”. The movie is scored by veteran American film composer, James Newton Howard.
Pain Hustlers is led by British actress Emily Blunt who plays high school dropout, Liza Drake. Former Captain America, Chris Evans plays a supporting role alongside the legendary actor Andy Garcia who is known for his roles in The Godfather III and Ocean’s Eleven. The pair are joined by Catherine O’Hara, a Canadian actress who starred in Home Alone and Beetlejuice. The wider cast includes Jay Duplass, Brian d’Arcy James, and Chloe Coleman.
