Joker: Folie à Deux is an upcoming psychological-thriller musical drama movie based on the DC Comics of the same name. After the success of 2019’s Joker, earning over US$1 billion worldwide, Todd Phillips returns to direct its sequel and co-writes the screenplay with Scott Silver. Joker was nominated for eleven Academy Award nominations, winning two for Best Actor (Phoenix) and Best Original Score. Phillips also co-produces the sequel with frequent collaborator Bradley Cooper. The two previously worked together on The Hangover trilogy and A Star Is Born.
