Synopsis

Joe Goldberg has had his bloody slate wiped clean, but some people still know who he is

Joe Golberg is a serial killer who survives against the odds. Facing a fresh start after a dramatic ordeal in London, Joe looks set for a clean break. His lover, Kate has managed to use her newly-inherited wealth to cover up his many crimes. But neither of them knows that one of Joe’s victims has outsmarted him by faking her own death. Marienne is alive and ready to do what she can to bring the serial killer to justice.

You Season 5 is the upcoming final season of the psychological thriller television show produced by Netflix. The show is developed by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble and is an adaptation of the book series by Caroline Kepnes. The show is executive produced by Michael Foley, Fina Girolamo, and Lee Toland Krieger. Sera Gamble steps down as showrunner, passing on the position to executive producers Michael Foley and Justin W. Lo.

You Season 5 features Penn Badgley returning to his role as Joe Goldberg for the final time. He is joined by Charlotte Ritchie who plays Kate and Tati Gabrielle who portrays Marienne. Madeline Brewer stars in the series as Bronte, a playwright who works for Joe Goldberg.
