Synopsis

The Beekeeper is a spy action-thriller produced by Miramax and MGM. Acclaimed action director David Ayer (Training Day, The Fast and the Furious,) directs the movie, while Children of the Corn Kurt Wimmer writes the screenplay.
British action star Jason Statham stars in The Beekeeper as the vengeful Mr. Clay. Statham is known for his roles in Snatch, the Fast and the Furious franchise, the Expendables franchise, and the Meg franchise, among others. He is joined by Phylicia Rashad, who plays his elderly neighbor. The rest of the cast is rounded out by Josh Hutcherson, Jeremy Irons, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Minnie Driver, Ali Asghar Shah, and Bobby Naderi. The Beekeeper was released in cinemas on January 12, 2024.
