16 Days

16 Days: A Media Diet is a documentary about a person's life without mass media for 16 straight days. Award winning television documentary producer Joshua Maxwell will act as participant-observer, and will catalog in this 60 minute documentary video, the intricacies of mass media avoidance in a media-saturated world. In doing this Joshua will observe the actions, attitudes, and possible medical changes that may occur during the diet without mass media.
