Sean Gunn began his career with a starring role as Kirk Gleason in “Gilmore Girls” (2000–2007). He went on to star in “Guardians of the Galaxy” (2014) in the role of Kraglin, a role he reprised in multiple MCU movies, including “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” (2017), “Avengers: Infinity War” (2018), “Avengers: Endgame” (2019), “Thor: Lord and Thunder” (2022), and “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” (2023). He is a frequent collaborator with the filmmaker James Gunn, who is also his brother. He has starred in “The Suicide Squad” (2021), “Creature Commandos” (2024–), “Superman” (2025), and “Peacemaker” (2025–). Outside the superhero movie genre, Gunn has appeared in movies “The Belko Experiment” (2016), “Ordinary World” (2016), and “Agnes” (2021).
