Jeremy Pope is best known for his incredible performances on stage, beginning with his role in “Choir Boy” (2013) all the way to his portrayal of Jean-Michel Basquiat on Broadway in “The Collaboration” (2022–2023). He appeared on screen for the first time in the slasher movie “The Ranger” (2018), before going on to star in the Regina King-directed “One Night in Miami” (2020). He was cast as Archie Coleman in the series “Hollywood” (2020), marking the beginning of his long-standing relationship with show creator Ryan Murphy. Pope reunited with Murphy for the series “Pose” (2021) and had a leading role in the science fiction body horror “The Beauty” (2026). Pope also gained critical acclaim for his lead role in “The Inspection” (2022), which saw him nominated for a Golden Globe.
