Synopsis
Lando Calrissian comes to the small screen in this new adventure series featuring the character as the main protagonist. Lando will be played by Donald Glover, a character that was most recently seen in Solo: A Star Wars Story. The smuggler will set off on thrilling adventures as he gambles and charms his way across the galaxy.
What to know
Lando is an upcoming fantasy adventure series produced by Lucasfilm for Disney+. Justin Simien will serve as the series’ showrunner. This is Simien’s second foray into television after creating the successful Dear White People for Netflix.
Donald Glover first played Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story, and the actor reprises the role in this series.
