Afghan Memento

In 1988, Olivier Brodard made a six-month humanitarian trip in Afghanistan, under soviet occupation. During his trip, he went to the Panshir Valley where he met the commander Massoud and shared the daily life of the afghan people. He was a privileged witness of the situation: He took a lot of pictures and wrote a daily road book. When he came to Switzerland, he had a terrible car accident. After several weeks into a deep coma, he realized that he's amnesic. Twenty years later, he accepts to search in his archives in order to remind his afghan trip. Persuaded that this quest will help him to recover one part of his own identity, Olivier decides to explore his memory.
