Best known for his iconic role as Tom Haverford in the beloved show “Parks and Recreation” (2009–2015), Aziz Ansari is a comedian, actor, and filmmaker. Ansari made his name through the sketch show “Human Giant” (2007–2008) before landing his first stand-up special, “Aziz Ansari: Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening” (2010), followed up by “Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious” (2012). He had a voice acting role as Darryl in the show “Bob’s Burgers” (2012–2018) and hosted the travel documentary series “The Getaway” (2013) before his third standup special, “Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden” (2015). He was co-creator, writer, and star of the romantic comedy drama “Master of None” (2015–2021) and went on to write and star in his own feature-length directorial debut, “Good Fortune” (2025).
