At 65 years of age and against all odds, Vicente will become the new president of ?Mirador de Montepinar? after a draw. Despite Antonio's warnings about the danger of leaving the management of the community in the hands of the 'cushion man', the owners of the residential complex will celebrate the nomination of Lola's father, who will face the challenge of living with Ferm?n, determined to refloat the property and to save some money. However, the achievement of the dreams of the protagonists will lead to mixed success: Amador, a 'kept man' with a fully equipped convertible and a large monthly salary, will incessantly seek Maite's admiration; Enrique, the new mayor of the town, will undertake a titanic task to make transparency, honesty and neatness prevail in his mandate; and Maite, who has regained her social status thanks to the extraordinary reception of her first erotic novel, will have to tolerate Amador until they both recover their children. The arrival of new tenants in this extravagant community will create new conflicts and added difficulties in a stage marked by new romances, reconciliations, and emotional reunions.
