Rezumat
Peculiar, atypical, and motley are the residents and employees of "Mirador de Montepinar", a new residential complex located on the outskirts of a large city. A chaotic family, a couple of newlyweds, a Spanish ?Bridget Jones?, the "official annoying guy" of the neighborhood, two early retirees, an antisocial, a mileurista, a soap opera star, two squatters and a couple with children, are some of the characters of "La que se avecina" The scenario of this crazy comedy is a modern building consisting of a total of ten houses and four commercial premises, in which a hairdressing salon has been opened. Its residents make up a unique and heterogeneous group. The usual situations that are experienced in any community of neighbors, such as problems of coexistence, hatred, affection and gossip; the typical problems of a newly created urbanization, such as the poor quality of the materials and finishes of the houses; and the complexity of the real estate sector, marked by the boom that the sector is currently experiencing in Spain, the escalation of prices and difficult access of young people to housing, speculation and the problems arising from mortgages, will be parodied.
