Within the FBI, there’s a dedicated unit that helps to profile violent criminals and serial killers, known as the Behavioural Analysis Unit (B.A.U.). These experts travel to crime scenes across the country to try and help solve shocking criminal cases that need their wide-ranging experience. The team is supervised by Aaron Hotchner and led by top profiler and BAU-founder Jason Gideon. The pair play host to a variety of different agents from linguistic specialists, forensic psychologists, fugitive trackers, counterintelligence officers and more.
