Nord Nord Mord (2011)

Carl Sievers has decided to rent a small house on Sylt after much contemplation. However, just before receiving the keys, his new landlord is murdered. The victim is Jens Hansen, a pilot running an aviation company on the island. Initially, the case appears to be a routine robbery gone wrong, but it soon becomes evident that Hansen's seemingly respectable life was riddled with secrets.
