Atreyi Jayadutt is an editor who predominantly works in the digital media space. Her role at JustWatch marks her first official step into the world of writing — if the One Direction fan fiction she used to meticulously write when she was a teenager doesn’t count.

Experience and Education

Though she originally studied Psychology at the University of Windsor, journalism chose her — not the other way around. She worked as an editor at Goalcast, a company focused on motivational content, where she curated and edited almost 2,000 articles for their website.

Favourite Movies and TV Shows

Her favourite film of all-time is Pride and Prejudice (2005, of course!) She also has a soft spot for nostalgic Bollywood movies — especially those with at least one unnecessarily long musical number. She’s not picky when it comes to what she watches, and enjoys everything from Hollywood classics (Breakfast at Tiffany’s) to modern thrillers (Another Simple Favor) to French films (Jules et Jim).

With that being said, as a true Gen Z, she has a short attention span — and more often than not, she’s found watching Love is Blind, split into 20 parts on TikTok.
