Prabhas teams up with the makers of KGF for this high-octane action thriller
Salaar: Part 1 is a Tamil language action thriller produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Homable Films. The movie is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The duo are famous for creating the iconic K.G.F trilogy. Acclaimed South Indian music composer, lyricist, and sound designer Ravi Basrur has been roped in to compose the dramatic background score for the movie. The movie has been made with an estimated budget of 200-250 crores.
Salaar: Part 1 is headlined by South superstar Prabhas who plays the titular role in the film. This film marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and the KGF duo. He is joined by Shruti Hassan who plays the role of the female lead Aadya. The cast also features Eeshwari Rao who plays the role of Salaar’s mother, and Jagapathi Babu as Rajamannar (a pivotal character in the film.)
