시놉시스
데이비드는 공립학교 교사가 되기위해 수도원을 떠나 독립하게 되고 낮에는 교사로 일하고 밤에는 게이 바에서 진정한 사랑을 찾기 위해 노력 한다. 이 영화는 상업적 유통을 목적으로 한 최초의 퀴어 필름중 하나로 원래 제목은 (For Long Possible)이었다. 73년도에 영화가 공개 되었고, 미국 영화 협회에서 R등급 받았다. 이 영화의 첫 도입부는 1973년 뉴욕시의 게이 퍼레이드 배경이 짧게 등장하는데 화면 속 젊은 레즈비언 여성이 등장해 '게이가 되는 것은 매우 자연스러운 일'이라고 당당하게 선언하는 장면이 영화의 첫 시작이다.
