This Season, chefs demonstrate their knife skills by preparing nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls, then crafting a sushi platter with three types of fish. In a teamwork challenge, chefs pair up to prepare dishes with assigned ingredients, before forming new teams to create pop-up restaurant concepts. A surprise guest judge joins the panel, and the chef with the weakest dish on the losing team is sent home.
