Bursting onto U.S. screens with "Iron Chef America" (2005–2018), Chef Masaharu Morimoto brought flair, finesse, and fierce competition to kitchen battles. His TV charisma started earlier on Japan’s original "Iron Chef" (1998–1999), where he became a culinary legend. Since then, his international stardom and ubiquity has only grown, popping up in fun cameos on "MasterChef" (2010), "Top Chef" (2006–), and even voicing himself in "Phineas and Ferb" (2011). Morimoto also flexed his acting chops in the food-themed flick "East Meets West" (2010). Now, he’s back and sharper than ever in Season 2 of "Sushi Chef" (2025).
