劇情簡介
韩信医院具有3年经验的普通外科医生金泰贤（周元饰），在家境窘迫的状况下艰难的成为了医生，但因为每周都需要肾脏透析的妹妹，不得不负起责任拼命赚钱，经历过黑社会不法打工的他被警察追击，医生生涯陷入两难境地。而韩信集团第一女继承人韩茹真（金泰希饰），在韩信医院12层VIP病房一直处于昏迷的状态。因抢夺经营权和遗产权的哥哥韩道俊（赵显宰饰）而陷入深度昏迷的茹真，因为泰贤的原因重新找回了意识，开始了恐怖的惩戒。
