Allan Ungar has been writing and directing movies since the release of his first feature film, “Tapped Out” (2014), when he was just 23 years old. A specialist in the genre of action movies, he was responsible for writing and directing “Gridlocked” (2015), starring the likes of Danny Glover, Dominic Purcell, and Trish Stratus. He has since directed “Bandit” (2022), a biographical crime drama based on the real-life story of Gilbert Galvan Jr., and “London Calling” (2025), a throwback buddy cop action comedy. Ungar has also acted as a producer for movies such as “The Sound” (2015) and “Sympathy for the Devil” (2023), starring Nicolas Cage.
