Francesco Di Leva made his feature film debut in the movie “The Man-Eater” (1999) before going on to star in movies such as “Rose Funzeca” (2002) and “Pater Familias” (2003). He had an acclaimed supporting role in the neo-noir “A Quiet Life” (2010) and went on to star in the lead role of the Mario Martone movie “The Mayor of Rione Sanita” (2019). Di Leva and Martone worked together on the drama “Nostalgia” (2022), which premiered at the 75th Cannes Film Festival. Di Leva won praise for his role in the movie “Familia” (2025), directed by Francesco Costabile, and has starred in a main role in the drama television series “Vincenzo Malinconico, avvocato d’insuccesso” (2022–).
