Synopsis
A teen musician finds his voice through an unlikely bond with his grandmother
In Sydney, Kabir - a mixed‑heritage teenager - struggles with language and identity when his traditional Indian grandmother arrives at his home. Faced with their widening disconnect, he decides to learn Hindi and enters a college festival rap battle to help her feel heard. Through music, Kabir not only bridges cultural gaps, but also rediscovers family, heritage and himself.
