Dim-witted Nobby lives in a fishing town with his loving girlfriend and nine children. He’s been searching for his brother Sebastian for twenty-eight years, since they were separated through the foster care system. When he eventually finds Sebastian, he inadvertently disrupts Sebastian’s secret agent mission, making Sebastian the target of a massive manhunt. Sebastian must rely on Nobby’s help to save his life and prove his innocence.
