Dom Cobb and his work partner Arthur work in corporate espionage by infiltrating their targets’ subconscious, using dream-sharing technology. But for their latest assignment, their mission is to plant an idea into a business heir’s mind in an inverse operation. Cobb enlists an architecture student, a forger and a chemist, who build an intricate, triple-layered dream, and enact the risky heist while everyone’s on an aeroplane.
