Netflix comedy drama, Sex Education, returns for fourth season
Sex Education season 4 is the fourth and final season of the coming-of-age Netflix comedy-drama series. Having grown up with a sex therapist for a mother, Otis knows a thing or two, and starts dispensing sex relationship advice at his school, Moordale Secondary School. With Moordale disbanded after the end of season 3, Otis and his best friend Eric are entering Cavendish Sixth Form College for the fourth season. The show is created by Laurie Nunn, with Ben Taylor as the primary director. Here's a recap of everything that happened in Sex Education seasons 1-3.
Leading the cast for another season is Asa Butterfield as Otis Milburn, alongside his sex therapist mother Dr Jean Milburn played by Gillian Anderson and his best friend Eric Effiong played by Ncuti Gatwa. Gatwa is also confirmed as the next Doctor in Doctor Who. Emma Mackey plays Otis’ love interest Maeve Wiley. Many other familiar faces are returning for season 4, with Connor Swindells as Adam Groff, Aimee-Lou Wood as Aimee Gibbs, Kedar Williams-Stirling as Jackson Marchetti, Dua Saleh as Cal Bowman, Mimi Keene as Ruby Matthews, Chinenye Ezeudu as Viv Odusanya, George Robins as Isaac Goodwin, Alistair Petrie as Michael Groff and Samantha Spiro as Maureen Groff. Season 4 is also welcoming some new faces, including Schitt’s Creek’s Dan Levy as Thomas Molloy, Maeve’s mentor in America. Felix Mufti, Anthony Lexa, Alexandra James and Bella Maclean are also joining the show.
