Synopsis
In 1925, Maggy Lunel (Stefanie Powers), a young and naïve Jewish woman, arrives in Paris with dreams of becoming an artist's model. She becomes the muse of Julien Mistral (Stacy Keach), a charismatic and self-centered painter whose work gains acclaim. Their passionate affair ends when Mistral marries wealthy American heiress Kate Browning (Lee Remick), leaving Maggy heartbroken.
