Synopsis
John Kramer wreaks havoc upon the healthcare frauds who gave him false hope
A desperate John Kramer seeks to cure his cancer with an experimental treatment in Mexico. However, once there he begins to realise the treatment is a hoax and devises a way to make those who tricked him pay dearly for their fraudulent scheme.

Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith return to star in the tenth movie in the Saw franchise
Saw X is the tenth instalment in the Saw horror film franchise produced by Twisted Pictures for Lionsgate Films. The film is directed by Kevin Greutert, who previously directed Saw VI and Saw 3D. This tenth instalment is co-written by Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg, the latter of whose previous works include Spiral: From the Book of Saw and Jigsaw within the Saw franchise, and Piranha 3D. The film takes place between the events of the original Saw and Saw II.
The cast of Saw X includes Tobin Bell, returning to the franchise as the tricycle riding serial killer John Kramer (aka Jigsaw). Shawness Smith reprises her role from previous Saw films as Amanda Young, and the remaining cast includes Steven Brand, Synnove Macody Lund, Michael Beach, and Renata Vaca.
