Synopsis
Gideon Jura is fighting for good amongst the Planewalkers
The inhabitants of this world are called Planewalkers, beings with magical powers who can be both heroes and villains. The loyal warrior and magician Gideon Jura is on a quest to fight for good in a world where evil looms on the horizon.

Magic: The Gathering is an upcoming fantasy animated series produced by Netflix. The series is based on Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast table-top trading-card game of the same name. The game centres on the Planewalkers, who are both heroes and villains and have magical powers. The show is developed by the award-winning executive Jeff Kline, and is written by Nicole Dubuc, Russell Sommer, Dan Frey, and Taneka Stotts.
Brandon Routh, who portrayed Superman in 2006’s Superman Returns, voices the series’ lead, Gideon Jura.
