Synopsis
A top robot detective is assigned to investigate the targeting of the seven most highly advanced robots
In a world in which robots and humans live peacefully side by side, robot detective Gesicht begins investigating a series of murders that appear to be interconnected. As he goes deeper, Gesicht discovers that the deaths point to the targeting of the seven most highly developed robots, who are capable of both great good and great evil.

The Father of Manga’s original story is adapted into a Netflix anime series
Pluto Season 1 is the first season in the anime series produced by Genco and animated by M2Studio for Netflix. The series is based on Naoki Urasawa and Takashi Nagasaki’s award-winning manga series of the same title. The manga is itself based on the ‘Father of Manga’ Tezuka’s Astro Boy story arc, ‘The Greatest Robot on Earth’.
The voice cast for the Pluto anime series includes Shinshu Fuji as Gesicht, the top Europol robot detective investigating the murders. Yoko Hikasa joins as a highly intelligent robot boy called Atom, and Minori Suzuki plays Atom’s sister, Uran.
