Synopsis

At 25, Theodore Roosevelt faces the devastating loss of his wife, Alice, and his mother on the same day. Seeking solace and a new purpose, he leaves behind his political aspirations in New York to establish the Elkhorn Ranch in the rugged Dakota Territory.
