Hayley Atwell voices the iconic character in Netflix animated series
Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is an action-adventure animated TV series developed by Tasha Huo for Netflix. It is based on the popular video game franchise which began in 1996. The TV series bridges the gap between the 2013–2018 Tomb Raider reboot trilogy and the original game series, following the conclusion of 2018's "Shadow of the Tomb Raider." There have been a number of live-action Lara Croft film adaptations throughout the years with Angelina Jolie portraying the character in the 2001 film and its 2003 sequel and Alicia Vikander in 2018.
Huo has previously written on Netflix's The Witcher: Blood Origin. She also serves as an executive producer on Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft alongside Dmitri M. Johnson, Stephan Bugaj, Howard Bliss and Jacob Robinson.
Hayley Atwell voices the titular lead in Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft. She is best known for her role as Peggy Carter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The supporting voice cast includes Allen Maldonado as tech whiz Zip and Earl Baylon reprising his role from the game trilogy as Jonah Maiva.
