Synopsis

 Christopher Nolan brings to light the explosive story behind the atomic bomb in Oppenheimer 

 Oppenheimer is an epic-thriller that tells the story of the man that created the worlds first ever atomic bomb - J.Robert Oppenheimer. Set in the World War II era, the film focuses on Oppenheimer's involvement in the Manhattan Project - a secret mission tasked with creating weapons strong enough to lead the Allied Force to victory, and position America as the world's super power.

Actor Cillian Murphy and director Christopher Nolan pair-up for the fifth time in this thrilling biopic 

Oppenheimer is a biographical drama film produced by Universal Pictures and Syncopy Inc. The film is based on the  Pulitzer Prize-winning book, American Prometheus: The Triumph And Tragedy Of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin.

The film has been written and directed by acclaimed writer/director Christopher Nolan. Some of his popular works include  Memento, The Dark Knight, Inception, and Tenet. This movie marks the first collaboration between Nolan and Universal Pictures, prior to this all his films were financed and distributed by Warner Bros. 

Actor Cillian Murphy plays the iconic role of  J. Robert Oppenheimer. He is joined by actress Emily Blunt as his wife and the famous biologist,  Katherine Oppenheimer. The star-studded cast features Rami Malek, Florence Pugh, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, and Kenneth Branagh amongst others.
