Synopsis
Writer Ben Mears attempts to stop a monster’s reign of terror in his childhood hometown
When writer Ben Mears moves back to his hometown, Jerusalem’s Lot, hoping to find inspiration for his next novel, he instead is confronted with a menacing presence terrorising the place. Together with a group of others, Mears attempts to face the monster and bring peace back to the town.

Salem's Lot is an upcoming American supernatural horror film produced by Warner Bros. The film is based on Stephen King’s 1975 novel of the same name, and is written and directed by Gary Dauberman. Dauberman previously wrote and co-wrote other films in the horror genre, including Annabelle and another Stephen King adaptation, IT. He is joined by famed horror director James Wan as a producer. Wan has helped to create several popular horror franchises, including The Conjuring and Insidious.
Salem’s Lot stars Lewis Pullman as the writer Ben Mears, who moves back to his hometown in hopes of finding inspiration. He is joined by Bill Camp, Alfre Woodard, Mackenzie Leigh, Spencer Treat Clark, and William Sadler.
