What is Fallout about?
Fallout is a post-apocalyptic drama series produced by Amazon Studios, Kilter Films, and Bethseda Game Studios. Based on the Fallout video game franchise, the television series follows the story of Lucy MacLean, a Vault Dweller who comes to Earth’s surface to explore the wasteland left behind after a nuclear war. The series was developed for the small screen by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, who previously worked together on their hit series Westworld.

Ella Purnell stars in Fallout as Lucy MacLean, a resident of Vault 33 who ventures out of her cave some 219 years after a nuclear war. Purnell is known for her role in the first and second seasons of Yellowjackets. She is joined by Aaron Moten as Maximus, a squire for the Brotherhood of Steel who finds his path colliding with Lucy’s. Walter Goggins, known for his roles in Justified and The Shield, joins as Cooper Howard (aka The Ghoul), a deformed gunslinging bounty hunter. The rest of the cast includes Kyle MacLachlan, Moises Arias, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Mike Doyle.
