Synopsis
Two grieving children are pursued by an evil entity

The Boogeyman is a supernatural horror film produced by 21 Laps Entertainment, the studio behind Stranger Things. The film is directed by Rob Savage, with a script written by Mark Heyman (Black Swan) based on the original written by A Quiet Place writers Scott Beck and Bryan Woods. The script is based on Stephen King’s1973 short story of the same name.
Yellowjackets star Sophie Thatcher plays the grieving Sadie Harper, and Vivien Lyra Blair plays her younger sister, Sawyer. Chris Messina plays their father, Will. They are joined by Marin Ireland, Madison Hu, LisaGay Hamilton, and David Dastmalchian as Lester.
