Jamie Dornan and Danielle Macdonald reprise their roles for season 2 of the BBC’s hit drama-thriller
The Tourist Season 2 is the second season of the BBC, ZDF, and Stan’s hit drama-thriller series. The series creators, brothers Jack and Harry Williams, return to write and produce under their acclaimed Two Brothers production company. The second season takes place in Ireland, just after the end of season 1.
Season 2 of The Tourist sees acclaimed Irish actor Jamie Dornan (Belfast) return to his role as Elliot Stanley, an Irish man who wakes up in Australia with amnesia after a car crash. Danielle Macdonald (Unbelievable) reprises her role as Elliot’s ally and police officer, Helen Chambers. New cast members for season 2 include Conor MacNeill as Detective Ruairi Slater, Olwen Fouéré as Niamh Cassidy, Diarmaid Murtagh as Donal McDonnell, Nessa Matthews as Orla McDonnell, Mark McKenna as Fergal McDonnell, and Francis Magee as Frank McDonnell.
