The six-episode series is produced by Fulwell 73 and FIFA. The series is a sequel to Captains, which told the story of countries seeking to qualify for the tournament.
The docuseries features an all-star cast of world-famous soccer stars led by Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The series also features the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, Harry Kane, Christian Pulisic, Robert Lewandowski, Gareth Bale, and more. Captains Of The World was released on Netflix on December 30, 2023.
