Season 2 is the final season of Sandman on Netflix
The Sandman Season 2 is the second season of the supernatural fantasy drama series produced by Warner Bros. for Netflix. The second season is once more based on Neil Gaiman’s graphic novel series of the same name. Gaiman also executive produces the Netflix series. While the first season was based on the ‘Preludes and Nocturnes’ and ‘The Doll’s House’ arcs, season 2 is based on the ‘Season of Mists’ arc.
Tom Sturridge returns to his role as the Lord of Dreams, Morpheus. He is joined by Gwendoline Christie as the ruler of hell, Lucifer Morningstar, in addition to Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Death, Mason Alexander as Desire, Donna Preston as Despair, and Vivian Acheampong as Lucienne. Other cast members include Clive Russell as Odin, Indya Moore as Wanda, Ruairi O’Connor as Dream’s son Orpheus, Freddie Fox as Loki, Steve Coogan as Barnabus, Ann Skelly as Nuala, Douglas Booth as Cluracan, Jack Gleeson as Puck, and Laurence O’Fuarain as Thor.
