Lucy is an American studying in Taiwan who is cruelly tricked into being part of an international drug deal. In order to evade detection, the powerful synthetic substance CPH4 is sewn into her abdomen, and with her captors in tow, she travels to Europe. After a fight breaks out and she is kicked in the stomach, a huge amount of the drug is released into her system. As her physical and mental abilities grow exponentially, she contacts Professor Norman to help her understand exactly what is happening. Meanwhile, Lucy is being tracked down by her captors, who want their product back.
