White Men Can’t Jump is a sports comedy movie. It is a remake of the 1992 movie of the same name and is directed by American filmmaker Calmatic. Calmatic is responsible for the reboot of the movie House Party as well as a slew of successful music videos. White Men Can’t Jump marks his second full-length feature movie. Film and television writer Kenya Barris pens the script with a co-writing credit for Doug Hall. Production companies 20th Century Studios, Khalabo Ink Society, and Mortal Media are behind the movie with Hulu distributing it on their streaming platform.

The cast for White Men Can’t Jump includes prominent actors and musicians including Jack Harlow, Teyana Taylor, and Vince Staples. Actor, Sinqua Walls plays Kamal Allen while Lance Reddick portrays Benji Allen, his father, and former coach. Laura Harrier Zak Steiner, Myles Bullock, and Andrew Schulz round out the cast. White Men Can’t Jump was released on Hulu on May 19, 2023.
