Synopsis

Set in 1969 Sicily, the season opens with Tonio Fortebracci surviving a brutal massacre. Seeking refuge, he hides in his hometown of Mascalucia under the protection of his brother, Judge Santi Fortebracci. Santi aims to escort Tonio to Turin to testify against the mafia, hoping to dismantle the criminal network from within. However, the mafia's reach is extensive, and Tonio becomes a prime target for retribution.
